The EU is still ignoring the requests from creatives to protect their rights. This initiative https://creators-for-europe-united.eu/ has written an open letter ready to be signed by all of us (so far 5411 signatures).
They ask for:
- full transparency about which works were and will be trained on
- adequate remuneration
- enforcement of copyright laws, especially against big tech companies
- involvement in AI regulations
