10新法で1.11を考えるとき、1の十分の1をさらに十分の1にしたやつ(つまり1.1.1)、と脳内では考えるけど、普通に「11」という小数がそこには存在しているからそれを単に1新法で表せばいいだけだ

つまり10進法だと10倍で小数点が移動するけど、2進法だと2倍で小数点が移動するって考えればいいのか…
