JavaScriptで3枚あるうちのディスプレイA,B,CのうちCのディスプレイでブラウザが動いてる時しか60fpsでvideo要素が再生できない(A, Bのディスプレイにブラウザを移動させると動画が止まる(音声は流れ続ける))んだけどどういうこと？？
