Misskeyを表示している状態だと、おそらくMisskeyの方がレンダリング負荷は高いからそっちをメインでレンダリングするようにブラウザが認識して、結果的にこの推察のように「誤ってバックグラウンド判定されててデコーダのフレームレート落とされている」になっている可能性ありそう
