DisneyがMidjourneyを著作権侵害で訴えている。Midjourneyは簡単なプロンプトで著作物とほぼ全く同じものが出てしまうし、それを阻止する技術的な手段を講じていない。原著作の「学習」についても争われるだろう。
個人的にはDisneyに一定の権利を認める判決が出て、著作物をAIに利用させる権利の売買に踏み込んでほしいところ。
