ハードウエアもOSも主要クラウドも、そしてAPIの利用料も、乗数効果は0だ。ただのコスト。国内の需要には一切貢献しない。成長産業だし必要な投資もあるけれど、そこを通る金の大半はただ消えていく。
100億の橋をかければ60億の人件費が消費に回り、乗数効果で80、100億と需要を産む土木建築のようなわけにはいかないんだよ。
