自営業主が法人を作って自分を雇用すると、国保から社保に変わって社会保障に支払う費用が安くなる。所得税も減ることが多いので節税のために法人化するというのはよくある話なんだけど……名目だけの法人作って何千人もの保険を減らすようなのを「合法」と呼ぶ議員がいるのは頭痛いなあ。
