One of my favourite things about reviewing each volumetric DDOS we are subjected to is seeing which ISPs have been popped.
Normally it's the same boring crowd of budget VM hosts but occasionally we'll see either a total rando or a super well-known ISP who's clearly not paying attention.
We could probably produce a pretty decent "how well managed is this ISP" rating these days based on frequency & scale of ASN in our data.
