奨学金の返済で免除になるのは不公平だとか意味わからないこと言う人がいるのびっくりするけど、そんなん言うんだったら、そもそも支払い能力がある親のもとに生まれるかどうかみたいなのが一番不公平だろが。ぜんぶ公共負担で問題あるのか。
