Recovery time windowの仕組みとかはPLCサーバが一つしか存在しないことを前提としていそうで、将来的に非中央集権化するとしたら「フォーク」の扱いとかどうなるのだろう。

今の仕組みで複数のPLCサーバが併存すると、あるサーバで取り消された操作が他のサーバに登録されてそのままtime windowを過ぎて取り消せなくなるといったことが起きかねない
