AT Protocolのハンドルの解決はDNSでDIDが指定されていない場合はHTTPの`.well-known`エンドポイントによる解決の結果が使われるわけだけど、これってDDoSの考慮とかはどうなっているのだろう。

例えばSMTPの場合はNo Service MXレコード（<https://doi.org/10.17487/RFC7505>）によって`A`/`AAAA`レコードにフォールバックしないように指示するような仕組みがあるけれど
