The men who have been subject to Trump's version of extraordinary rendition must be returned to the U.S. - period. This action was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and violated domestic and international laws. It is a human rights abuse, perpetrated by the US gov't.

It doesn't matter if they are "innocent" or "guilty" - EVERYONE on US soil is subject to the laws of the land - including the right to Due Process.
