Merry Early Christmas.

Here's a paper that allows users to specify different branches of _Generic without getting type errors for that branch, AND not losing consistent type checking of all branches. (Heavily inspired by work and examples and relevant discussion from @ueckerMartin Uecker -- thank you!)
