Good lord, I've been running a time machine backup after a little while not having one, and it's progressing horrifically slowly, like, 86.3% done with 10 hours remaining. I can't decide if it's time machine, the drive being "full" (time machine is meant to make space available), or if it's something else.

I guess it's doing a rather intensive diff or something given how much it's doing reads.

Disk activity on the drive over the past three days, showing heavy read load, but overall stats show data read as 84.06 GB, data written as 184.75 GB, with read prformance of 1.7 MB/s and write of 12.2 MB/s
