After some trying I manage to get through the bot that guarded the office, it was recognising my coughs as answers and getting very confused.
HMRC: would you like to take a 4 question survey to make our service better?
Me: Sure
HMRC: sorry, I didn't get that
Me: Yes
HMRC: Please tell us your UK mobile number to continue
Me: Why would I have a UK mobile number if I'm calling on your international number from a german number??
HMRC: Sorry, I didn't understand that.
