So I was going to talk with my endocrinologist about MCAS today, but as these things would go, I don't know if I'll make it as I just had an episode and my body is mad angry. Feels like the worst of seasonal allergies, diarrhea and anxiety attacks combined.

Whilst I've taken some medication to help, I really don't know if I'll be able to me this important doctors appointment. ffs.
