Edit: please have a scroll through that PDF, because the ingredients below are just a few that I need to avoid, there's many more.
Are there pasta sauces without:
- tomatoes
- cream / cheese
- eggs
- large amounts of oil
garlic can be okay in small amounts after cooking
I'm trying to figure out an MCAS friendly way to eat pasta, and I'm kinda stumped.
There's this list of foods & their impacts on MCAS, particularly if they're high in histamines, histamine liberators, etc: https://www.mastzellaktivierung.info/downloads/foodlist/21_FoodList_EN_alphabetic_withCateg.pdf
(I'm waiting for the cook book listed in that PDF to be delivered, because I'm struggling hard at times with what to eat, tonight I'm having to go pasta with tomato sauce which I know will affect me, but just because I don't really want plain rice or potatoes)
