돼지고기 볶다가 김치를 넣으면 끝인 요리인만큼
한국이든 일본이든 누구나 충분히 응용할 수 있는 레시피라
김치제육이 한국에서 건너가지 않아도
충분히 일본이 김치의 존재를 안다면
돼지고기랑 볶아먹을 생각은 했을테니
한국 요리라고 해도 틀리지 않고
일본 요리라고 해도 틀리지 않겠죠.
