미원은 원래 일본에서 만들어져서
한국으로 건너가 미원이 됐습니다.
중국에서도 당연히 쓰입니다.
일본 : 味の素 (미소)
한국 : 味元 (미원)
중국 : 味精 (미정, 맛의 정수)
의미는 다 비슷하죠. 중국에서 제일 유명한 브랜드는 莲花(롄화), 뜻은 연꽃입니다.
