이름은 표준 중국어로 鸡排(지파이)입니다.
중국에서 넓적하게 펼쳐서 튀기거나 구운 걸
排(파이)라는 말을 잘 붙이는데,
대표적으로 돼지고기(猪)를 넓적하게 튀기면(排) 돈까스(猪排, 주파이)가 되고
소고기(牛)를 넓적하게 구우면(排) 스테이크(牛排, 뉴파이)가 되지요.
