テロ対策という口実でゴミ箱むっちゃ減ったけど、「そのゴミ回収する責任はテイクアウトショップとか自販機とかにあるんじゃないの？便乗でコストダウンしてるのおかしくない？」とずっと思ってたので、この条例には賛成。他の自治体もやるべき。
