25일 오후 문신사법안 수정안이 국회 본회의를 통과하면서 의료인이 아닌 사람도 면허를 취득해 문신 시술을 합법적으로 할 수 있게 됐다. 다만 문신 제거는 의료인만 할 수 있다.
