토스뱅크 앱에서 전날 오후 7시 29분부터 약 7분간 엔화 환전 시 100엔당 472원대 환율이 적용되는 사고가 난 데 따른 것이다.
정상 환율은 100엔당 934원대였으나 그 절반 수준 가격에 엔화가 팔린 것이다.
