북한이 9차 당대회 이후 당 외곽 단체 정비에도 박차를 가하고 있다. 향후 5년 간의 대내외 정책의 밑그림을 관철해 현실화하려는 후속 조치로 해석된다. 조선중앙통신은 12일 여성단체인 조선사회주의여성동맹(여맹)이 지난 11일 제7기 제15차 전원회의를 열고 “제8차 대회 소집 문제 등을 토의했다”고 보도했다.
