12일 관련 업계에 따르면, 삼성그룹 초기업 노동조합 삼성전자 지부(이하 초기업 노조)는 지난 11일 경기지방노동위원회에 삼성전자를 상대로 한 구제 신청서를 제출했다. 노조는 2026년도 임금 및 단체협약(임단협) 과정에서 사측 교섭위원들이 "반도체(DS) 노조로 분리해 보상을 더 받는 것이 낫지 않으냐"거나 "조합 활동 후 복귀 시 특혜를 받는다"는 취지의 발언을 한 점을 법 위반의 근거로 제시했다.
