미국이 중국산 흑연에 덤핑 소지가 있다며 검토하던 고율의 관세 부과 등 무역 제재를 포기했다.
12일(현지시간) 미국 국제무역위원회(USITC)는 중국산 흑연 음극재에 대해 미국 산업을 실질적으로 저해하지 않는다는 판정을 내렸다고 발표했다.
