송기춘 특조위 위원장은 13일 청문회 오후 일정 시작과 함께 “오늘 오전 세션에 전 대통령인 윤석열 증인에게 출석 요청한 바 있다. (윤 전 대통령이) 오늘 출석하지 않아서 임시위원회를 열어 고발하기로 의결했다”고 밝혔다.
