18일 법조계에 따르면 서울중앙지검은 전날 김 전 장관 측 권우현 변호사에 대해 경찰이 신청한 구속영장을 청구했다.
권 변호사는 재판부의 퇴정 명령에 따르지 않고 법정에서 "이게 대한민국 사법부냐"고 소리치는 등 소란을 일으킨 혐의를 받는다.
