1983년 5월 대학생이었던 A씨 등 4명은 "반파쇼 투쟁선언문", "이 땅의 여대생은 무엇을 해야 할 것인가" 등 현 정부의 정책을 비난하는 내용의 유인물 1천매를 제작해 도서관 열람실, 학생회관 등에서 배포한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.
