서울경찰청 수사심의위는 19일 회의에서 장 의원의 준강제추행 혐의에 대해 '송치' 의견을, 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(비밀준수), 이른바 2차 가해 혐의에 대해서는 '보완수사 후 송치' 의견을 냈다고 밝혔다.
