nextcloud randomly stalls for upwards of 48 seconds then is fine 5 minutes later and this keeps popping up on my uptime monitoring. i could have it only report failure on multiple 48s timeouts, but i am kind of wondering how to solve it in nextcloud itself and what might be causing hangups like this almost regularly
