i built a 1702A EPROM programmer! this design is from https://www.mattmillman.com/projects/hveprom-project/a-compact-programmer-for-1702a-eproms/

an Arduino board with a shield on top of it. the shield is packed to the gills with tiny surface mount components as well as some larger inductors and capacitors. there is a green 24-pin ZIF socket with an EPROM chip in it. the EPROM has an unusual square frosted glass window.
