Today I posted my message to the Mockito community (https://github.com/mockito/mockito/issues/3777) announcing this change. It feels uneasy to let a project such as Mockito go, unknowing how the project evolves. But I am hopeful that some other souls in this world will pick up and continue dedicating their volunteering time to an open source project such as Mockito. If anything, it would benefit today's world if more folks would do volunteering work and help society forward.

In recent months, I have rediscovered the joy of programming by working on @servo It's a web engine written in Rust. For the foreseeable future, I will spend my volunteering software engineering time on Servo and will see what's next after that.
