In June we announced our 2025-2028 strategic objectives initiatives.The fourth objective is "Solidify our structure" to ensure W3C is set up to be a more resilient, adaptive, and durable organization to deliver on our mission well into the future.

We must examine how well-prepared and organized we are to face these challenges and perform the necessary structural evolution and operational optimization.
