We are very pleased to announce that @sphcowHeather Flanagan of Spherical Cow Consulting has been appointed to the @tagTechnical Architecture Group for the 2026-2028 term.

Heather has extensive experience in digital identity standards, governance, and as a bridge between deeply technical experts, policymakers, and business leaders. She is co-chair of the W3C Exploration IG which was created to help identify opportunities for future work. We look forward to her contributions to our work
