Here's actions on a couple of AI bills in Washington. (1/N)

"Policy cutoff" in #waleg is tomorrow,, and if bills don't make it through their first committee they're dead for the session!

- SB 6312 prohibits "surveillance pricing"

- HB 2599 prohibits AI Chatbots from claiming to provide therapy, and regulates AI use by therapists.
