Bishop William J. Barber II preached at St. Paul's United Methodist church in Biloxi, Missisissippi, for Martin Luther King Jr. Sunday. He opened by saying that he doesn't really like the notion of holidays and commemorations for people who were murdered.

But he knows why Reagan was happy to sign off on the King holiday:
