I really appreciate the work that @adamghill is doing to improve Django. I know everyone means well and has good intentions, but some parts of this are really tough to read (anxiety++).

Django is successful despite ourselves, and we need to work on removing barriers that make it so damn hard to move the needle forward even a little bit.
