i just spent like 8 hours trying to figure out why the fuck this arm7tdmi core refuses to be debugged

it's because some motherfucker at arm decided to write out this table over 3 pages of a4 documentation without bothering to mention that DATA[0] is shifted last

so when i put instructions into the pipeline they ended up being backwards. and shifted by 1 (DBGBREAK) too
