GigaDevice amuses me. they're (as far as i know) making clones of Taiwanese and US devices (I've looked at memory), which usually results in datasheets that are borderline incomprehensible in places. but no. GigaDevice's datasheets (i'm looking at GD5F1GQ5xExxG right now) are better written and easier to understand than Winbond's and Micron's. and their instruction set choices seem more rational and less "so we pulled out a dartboard"
