After 9/11, 20 years of war in Afghanistan cost #Denmark 🇩🇰 more soldiers per capita than any other coalition partner.

The human toll: 44 lives lost, a generation of scarred veterans… and countless Afghan civilian casualties in a #NATO mission that remains highly controversial.

For "allies" to publicly question the loyalty of partners like the Danes must be a slap in the face to all the victims and their families.
