Attached: 1 image Consumers deserve safe products no matter where they shop. In 2024, the EU’s Safety Gate system issued 4,137, the highest number ever since it launched in 2003. That’s 4,137 times consumers were protected from harmful products. Cosmetics were the top category, with 36% of all alerts. Many contained banned substances like BMHCA.
