definitely looks nicer PCB-wise than NES/FC repros do, thanks sega for using a normal pinout.

baseball world series '95 sega genesis cartridge containing Phantasy Star IV on two ceramic EPROM chips, with foil covering the UV erase windows and tape holding the foil down. top rom chip (there are two) says "PSIV 1MB (x2), 27c160" since that would normally use a smaller 27c800 ROM chip. To make a 27C160 work i have concatenated the last 1MB of the PS4 rom to itself, doubling it to 2MB.
The other chip is a 27C160 as well, labelled "PSIV 2MB," and it contains the first two megabytes of the game. There's also a new coin cell battery soldered in. Between the two ROM's sits an SRAM chip bigger than the original, but the extra size does not seem to make the game fail to save. Nor does the extra logic IC on the back of the cart.
