I was told once from a Director when being promoted to Manager that if I think people higher up the ladder get more mature then Ill be surprised that the opposite is true.
Never forgot that lesson and it's been mostly true from what I've seen. Executives drunk emailing, C-Suite sending dumb images.
IT sees it but can't do nothing about what their bosses are doing. It's like our government. Ruled by their wealthy bosses. Banks, Big Tech, private contractors.
