possibly misinfo, help finding truth?

I vaguely remember reading once that people could be right-handed for fine motor tasks and left-handed for coarse tasks, or vice versa. I'm not sure if that's true, if I misremembered something, or if the whole thing is a few neurons misfiring.

Searching hasn't been fruitful, would anyone happen to have heard the same and possibly have a source handy? Thanks!
