My personal websites are always static if I can help it, but recently I've been motivated to go all the way back to no-CSS no-JS old school HTML (with a couple newer tags like <details> sprinkled in). Not because the new stuff is bad, but because I don't need it for what I'm doing and I don't want to force other people to download stuff I'm not even using myself.
