zizmor v1.7.0 is released!

this release comes with 4 (four!) new audits, thanks to a ton of great new and returning contributors: obfuscation, stale-action-refs, unsound-contains, and unpinned-images.

in addition to new audits, this release also further improves zizmor's SARIF handling, makes input collection more robust, and adds tab completion!
