許多國家發展麥卡錫主義，原因是共產黨的滲透性太強，這無法否認。

但是為什麼有些國家容易滲透？感覺是這個國家的既有資本主義社會有問題，容易讓人有相對剝奪感。

所以讓所得分配不要過度極化與社福的維持，也是維繫國家穩定所必須的投入。
