@osaponおさ ssh_config(5) の IdentityFile の説明には public key file を指定することもできるとあるので、公開鍵を id_ed25519.pub のようなファイルに書き出しておいてそのパスを指定すれば ssh-agent で使わせたい鍵対を選択できるような気がします
