Thinking about streaming Indie but not using Twitch or Youtube. Is it possible?

I was thinking of streaming some of my Subnautica gameplays, perhaps even by using a PNGTuber model or something (I don't think I'm ready for full-fledged VTubing yet).

But I don't want to announce my debut on Twitch or anything.

Is there an indy platform where I can stream? Or can Twitch operate on a "friends-only" basis or something?
